Pierick Rousseau

Pierick is an Organic Chemistry Engineer (CNAM, Paris), European and French Patent attorney. He has also been trained in inter-companies mediation at CMAP and on 2003 at the Business Leadership Program at Ashridge Business School, UK. Pierick was the Head of the IP department of Pierre Fabre Group from 2006 to 2021. Before, he occupied various patent functions in the Sanofi Group (and predecessors Roussel-UCLAF, Hoechst Marion Roussel, and Aventis).

At Pierre Fabre, Pierick was in charge of trademarks, patents, domain names, and anti-counterfeiting. He also managed a highlevel of BD activity, agreements, negotiation, and litigation. Since July 2021, Pierick has been involved in various IP activities as board member of ASPI, IEEPI, deputy counsel at EPI, member of EPPC Pharma, and part of the Investment Committee of SATT Aquitaine.

Education

BSc in Chemical Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, in France.‍
