Rodrigo's professional journey is marked by a robust tenure in some of Brazil's big IP firms, where he specialized in patent prosecution, particularly in electronics and telecommunications. Working with trial lawyers, Rodrigo has also been instrumental in crafting technical strategies for complex patent infringement and invalidity lawsuits.

He holds a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering and is pursuing a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Astrophysics. In 2023, Rodrigo was acknowledged in Leader's League as a Highly Recommended for Patent Prosecution in Intellectual Property in Brazil.
