Emanuella Kunz is a dedicated law student currently in the eighth semester of her program at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Her experience spans various areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent litigation, prosecution, and regulatory advisory. Emanuella is known for her strong research skills and her ability to handle complex legal matters, including preparing amicus curiae briefs and regulatory data analysis.
Emanuella has held roles in prestigious law firms, contributing to high-stakes litigation and advisory projects. At RNA Law, she is actively involved in the patent litigation team, handling case strategy and supporting cross-functional legal processes. Her academic experience includes participating in private law leagues and conducting research for the UERJ Economic Regulation Laboratory.
