Flávia Gabel is a biologist and holds a M.A in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. She is doing Ph.D in the same area of her master. She has over 20 years of experience in scientific research and R&D projects with specific knowledge in industrial bioprocesses, microbiology, food science and technology, and industrial property. Ms. Gabel is well versed in protein purification and biological functions having developed a fish protein-based ice cream for cancer patients’ diet.
