Helena Nicolau

Helena Nicolau is a law student at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, with an anticipated graduation date in July 2026. She has gained substantial experience in legal procedures, drafting legal documents, and conducting jurisprudential research. Her work has included supporting defense strategies and monitoring regulatory matters within the Life Sciences field.

Helena’s practical experience spans several institutions, including a regulatory team internship and roles with the Narcotics Enforcement Division and the Rio de Janeiro Domestic Violence Court, where she contributed to urgent protective measures and assisted with case organization and internal records.

In addition to her academic and professional commitments, Helena is a contributor to the project “Direito ao Ponto,” where she publishes articles on current legal topics.
